A new forum!

Schone Gruße,

I am very happy to have found a new writing forum.
Happiest that it is small and cozy.
I am just an old coon hunter who lives out in the woods alone
but for my hounds my horses and my mule.
I grow a big garden, raise poultry, cut my own hair
and brew mein own 'Acht Pfund Hammerbier'.
Published poet and mastermarksman,
a 'poet warrior' in the classical sense.

I play accordion and piano {music major I was back in the 70's}
And my disability judge as well as my therapists in rehab told me to
"write down those stories".
So I spent six years writing till another near death experiance
when my writing made a difference.
It really paid off.
It couldn't have worked out better if planned.

Welcome, Winters! I like your description of the forum as "small and cozy." That puts a nice new slant on it for me.

The life you're describing sounds enjoyable -- reminds me of Thoreau.
