These are two books that I've been reading lately. I guess they're more Business than Self-Help. They could be considered self-help in that they give very useful advice about improving the quality of ones life. Both have similar themes: that you should work on your business, not in it. They talk about delegating and systematizing everything that happens in your business.
Interesting concepts -- and ones that any good self-help book should include: specific advice for a better life.
